What did you like the most about Pinnacle and the services given to you?

We were in a rough situation at LVCS urgently looking for a vision specialist. We are our own LEA and do not have the luxury of a district to rely on. We contacted Pinnacle and within one week we had a vision specialist out to our site evaluating our student. The evaluation was timely and thorough. We have had wonderful services for our student ever since. The professionals at Pinnacle do not just come in and out to get services done; they take the time to know the families, staff, and students. Suzanne, the specialist we are working with, has even researched outside camps, conferences, and extracurricular activities for our student and his family. Pinnacle has proven to be reliable time and time again.

Did your students improve, and would you use our services again?

The student at LVCS has gone from failing all of his courses to passing all of his courses. We were able to get him all of the services that he, and his teachers, so desperately needed. With their help, we were also able to get him some pretty great equipment.

What would you say to a charter school thinking of contracting with Pinnacle?

I tell the SELPA that we work under if there is a Charter out there that needs these services that Pinnacle is the company to go with! I have found that with some of our other contractors they change staff on us frequently. Students do not make as much progress due to this instability. Pinnacle has offered us the same staff member for the last two years and we greatly appreciate this. If you need help this is the company for you!
